With more than 3,000 inhabitants, the city of Krk comprises a quarter of the whole island. It is the center of events and festivals. The particularity of the city of Krk lies in its cultural and gastronomic diversity. Additionally there is a network of 300 kilometers of hiking trails and various diving and sailing schools, which attract mainly young people who love active holiday.
